The submission deadline has been extended

The submission deadline for papers and articles has been extended till July 19, 2017.

At the request of potential speakers the Program committee decided to provide an additional four days to those who are still preparing their applications and articles.

The date of announcement of the results did not change. Notices about the adoption of reports will be sent to authors on August 31, 2017.
