Pre-project investigation. Who needs that stakeholder, anyway?

Often, pre-project investigation stage omitted due time absence, unclear value, or lacking of understanding.

In my presentation I’ll share the reason and value behind this stage, show unfortunate examples of ignoring it and provide a couple of practices that will provide project quality increase with little time spent.
