At the first glance, the prospects for applying machine learning technologies seem very rosy. However, none of the existing business processes has the functions to analyze unstructured information or to conduct in-depth training of the neural network. On the other hand, there are routine actions of varying degrees of intellectuality, which are now performed by humans. Artificial intelligence comes to the place of a person, replaces a person or starts working with her. The problem arises – how integrate AI technologies in legacy business processes correctly, how to assess their impact on efficiency and make this impact as positive as possible.

In the report we will talk about practical cases of embedding AI technologies into typical for many organizations business processes: dealing with hotline calls; carrying out anticorruption and legal examinations of normative legal acts; registration of incoming documents and preparing the draft responses; Risk analysis and identification of errors in the negotiation of contracts.
